The HHTP 2 year extended warranty adds 1 year of coverage in addition to the standard 1 year parts replacement and labor plus towing warranty coverage on any HHTP remanufactured product. This 2 year extended warranty coverage must be purchased on the original invoice or within 30 days of the original invoice and is subject to conditions stated herein. For the period of 2 years total from purchase date on original invoice of the covered component H&H Truck Parts will cover replacement parts and up to $500 for labor and $500 for towing expense on all approved 2 year extended warranty claims. This also adds labor and towing coverage to first year standard coverage for all HHTP remanufactured products not installed by HHTP or one of its distributors. H&H Truck Parts warrants this component, when properly installed, will be free of any defects in material and (or) workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance.
Warranty Exclusions
H&H Truck Parts warranty shall not extend to any product that has been subject to:
H&H Truck Parts will not cover down time expense, lodging expense, or any other expense that is not listed herein.
H&H Truck Parts warranty does not cover seals that leak after 30 days. It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain proper lubrication levels at all times and failure to do so may void warranty of that component.
Parts Replacement Warranty Coverage Policy
H&H Truck Parts will cover the cost of parts for the repairs of all HHTP approved warranty claims. H&H Truck Parts will fund the cost of parts directly to the repair shop within 24 hrs. of completed repairs and all warranty procedures have been satisfied.

Labor Warranty Coverage Policy
H&H Truck Parts will cover the cost of up to $500 of labor expense for the removal, repair, and installation of a failed HHTP item covered by an approved warranty claim. Only qualifying approved claims covered under the standard 1st year or extended 2nd year of coverage, purchased within 30 days of the original purchase invoice, will be covered. All labor expenses incurred as a result of a denied warranty claim will be the responsibility of the customer. H&H Truck Parts will fund payment of all approved labor coverage within 24 hrs of completion of repair work.
Tow Coverage Policy
H&H Truck Parts agrees to cover up to $500 in towing expenses incurred as the result of an approved warranty claim. Towing expenses will only be covered under 1st year standard warranty and 2nd year extended warranty if the extended warranty was purchased on the original invoice or within 30 days of the original invoice. All towing expenses resulting from a denied warranty claim will be the responsibility of the customer.
Tow Coverage Reimbursement
Towing expenses will be reimbursed in the form of a credit to the customer’s account that the unit was purchased on. That original purchase invoice must be paid in full before credit will be issued. All necessary paperwork must be submitted and approved before credit will be issued. If the unit was purchased on a cash account, the original invoice and all related invoices must be paid in full. Once funds have cleared on all checks and credit card charges, H&H Truck Parts will submit a check for towing reimbursement within 5 business days following.

The 2 Year parts replacement and labor plus towing limited warranty comes standard on all HHTP components purchased through your distributor program and is subject to the same terms and exclusions unless otherwise stated herein.
