All HHTP re-manufactured products purchased from HHTP has a standard 1 year parts and labor plus towing limited warranty coverage and is subject to conditions stated herein. H&H Truck Parts will cover parts and up to $500 each for labor and towing expense on approved warranty claims. H&H Truck Parts warrants that all of it's re-manufactured components, when properly installed, will be free of any defects in material and (or) workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance.
Warranty Exclusions
H&H Truck Parts warranty shall not extend to any product that has been subject to:
H&H Truck Parts will not cover down time expense, lodging expense, or any other expense that is not listed herein.
H&H Truck Parts warranty does not cover seals that leak after 30 days. It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain proper lubrication levels at all times and failure to do so may void warranty of that component.
H&H Truck Parts labor and towing coverage under the standard 1 year warranty shall not extend to any product not installed by H&H Truck Parts. Any labor or towing expense incurred on products installed by someone other than H&H Truck Parts shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Parts Replacement Warranty Coverage Policy
H&H Truck Parts will cover the cost of replacement parts for the repairs of an HHTP approved warranty claim. H&H Truck Parts will fund the cost of parts directly to the repair shop once all of the proper paperwork is submitted, claim procedures have satisfied, and claim is approved by HHTP. H&H Truck Parts reserves the right to request that all failed parts be sent to H&H Truck Parts for review prior to, during, or after claim is completed
Labor Warranty Coverage Policy
H&H Truck Parts will cover the cost of up to $500 of labor expense for the removal, repair, and installation of a failed HHTP remanufactured component covered by an approved labor warranty claim. Only qualifying approved claims covered under the standard warranty will be covered. All labor expenses incurred as a result of a denied warranty claim will be the responsibility of the customer. H&H Truck Parts will fund payment of all approved labor coverage once all labor claim procedures have been met.
Tow Coverage Policy
H&H Truck Parts agrees to cover up to $500 in towing expenses incurred as the result of an approved tow coverage warranty claim. Towing expenses will only be covered under standard warranty if the unit was installed by H&H Truck Parts. All towing expenses resulting from a denied warranty claim will be the responsibility of the customer.
Tow Coverage Reimbursement
Towing expenses will be reimbursed in the form of a credit to the customer’s account that the unit was purchased on. That original purchase invoice must be paid in full before credit will be issued. All necessary paperwork must be submitted and approved before credit will be issued. If the unit was purchased on a cash account, the original invoice and all related invoices must be paid in full. Once funds have cleared on all checks and credit card charges, H&H Truck Parts will submit a check for towing reimbursement within 5 business days following.
Replacement Unit
If Component under warranty fails within 90 days of purchase H&H Truck Parts may allow for a replacement unit if it is deemed necessary. The following stipulations must be met before replacement will be shipped:
*The term HHTP used throughout the policies, terms, and conditions is referencing H&H Truck Parts, LLC and is not meant for any other purpose than the abbreviation of H&H Truck Parts, LLC.
